Pinnacle Insurance required high-density desking for their 350-seat contact centre, with a focus on ergonomics and noise management. We supplied Elite call centre clusters with integrated screen brackets and acoustic panels. The project was delivered in three phases over 8 weeks, allowing the client to maintain operations throughout the transition. Headcount capacity increased by 15% in the same floor space.
